NOTE:  If you have a same-day event with two sessions at two different times, build it as a single session, then just announce a lunch break, etc.  If you build as two separate sessions, they'll appear on the Events Calendar twice.

• Username (both sites):  Your R10 email

• Password (admin site):  see below...

R10 Employees:
If R10 employee unable to login:
--- Submit Help Ticket to the Global Help Desk for ADMIN Site password reset.

If R10 employee (new employee set-up per HR email to Support Teams):
--- password is:  "Region10" 

        ** After Login:  Be sure to change your Password to your computer password
                

• Password (participant site):  Your R10 network/web password

• Customer ID = "tx_r10", if prompted (admin site only)

Calendar of Events (escWorks) Important Issues

• Deactivation
  Do not INACTIVATE a Session that has registrations and attendance marked.  This will CANCEL all the registrants, remove all their certificates from their transcripts, and impact system reporting (the session will be excluded from any reports).
  **Create a Help Ticket to have Help Desk staff cancel your event.

• Payment Information
  ALWAYS enter your payment information for escWorks trainings through ATTENDEE MANAGER.  If you try to use the outside payment system, the information will not be on the financial reporting to the Business Office for that escWorks session.

• Mark Session Attendance
  Mark Session Attendance by the 7th of the next month for accurate ESC Accountability Report to TEA.

• Budget Codes
  Contact Email Sue Hayes or Email Carey Foster.

• Room Hours
  Special Permission Required before 8:00 am and after 8:30 pm.

• Emails
  Registrant emails you create, include your email, not kept by system.
