The Design Lab was created to support implementation of the Professional Learning Model Plus (PLM+), use of the Design Essentials, and utilization of the Learning-Transfer Evaluation Model (LTEM) in the professional learning experiences you design. 

The Lab provides a safe environment for professional learning designers to hone their skills and receive targeted support to implement the PLM+ success criteria.

Visit the Design Lab to:

• generate ideas for strategies or activities with a thought partner.

• solidify your understanding of the Design Essentials.

• collaborate with colleagues and receive feedback on the design of your session or meeting.

• explore methods and strategies to measure learning effectiveness (LTEM).

• gain a fresh perspective on presentation design.
