At Region 10, we believe we must model lifelong learning.

In order to maintain best practices and innovation, we focus on a growth mindset that instills a deliberate practice of continuous personal and professional learning.

After designing a new session (or updating a session) it's important to seek feedback on the content and design of the session from a teammate, thinking partner, or supervisor.

Vetting for Design Success Criteria

I have participated in a collaborative design process to create innovative learning experiences.

  • I have received feedback from a peer and/or supervisor.

  • I have considered adjustments based on feedback.
