To maintain the fund balance of Region 10 at the maximum recommended level.
To increase diversification of revenue sources to include the additional grants, partnerships, and other non-governmental sources.

To transform Region 10 facilities into centers that serve as the impetus for creative thinking, teaching, and learning.
