The Purpose of Learning on Location

The Learning on Location (LOL) team at Region 10 provides K-12 educators an experiential environment that supports learning and content development beyond of the walls of a classroom or professional development training room.

 We offer LOL in a variety of ways to meet the needs of our teachers. LOL sessions provide onsite learning with a Region 10 consultant serving as the facilitator. Many of our LOL sessions are outdoors and are a part of our Academics Outdoors program. Some are held at museums and other indoor locations, depending on the focus of the LOL session.

Additionally, we can work with campus administrators to provide LOL experiences for different departments or for an entire campus staff. These experiences are customizable to meet the needs of the campus or district. For more information, please email Holly Bishop.
