Educators across Region 10 have joined forces to collaborate on best practices in STEM education. Our impressive Region 10 STEM program comprise novice and experienced teachers, central administration, and campus principals who share their experiences and expertise to benefit all involved. Our meet-ups are full of exciting topics, from STEM careers to coding, cybersecurity, and historical impacts.

Our Region 10 STEM program has two options for participation.

Here’s a revised version of your text with a more polished and engaging tone:

Option 1: Join Our STEM Network!
The STEM Network is a vibrant community where educators from all STEM backgrounds come together to connect, learn, and collaborate. It’s a space to share experiences, explore innovative strategies, and take meaningful steps toward advancing STEM practices in classrooms and districts. Visit the STEM Network page to learn more about upcoming meetups and events!

Sure! Here's a refined and engaging rewrite of your message:

Option 2: Join Our STEM Cohort
The STEM Cohort is designed for educators who are committed to deepening their STEM practices and earning the National Certificate for STEM Teaching (NCST) through the National Institute for STEM Education.

This rigorous certification process includes completing 38 performance indicators and participating in focused classroom observations to demonstrate mastery. Graduates are honored at our Texas EcosySTEM Exchange with a certificate of completion and a commemorative NISE/Region 10 ESC coat—a celebration of their dedication and achievement.

Cohort members meet regularly throughout the year to build meaningful connections and support one another through the certification journey.

We’re proud of our NCST graduates and invite them to stay connected by joining the STEM Network to continue collaborating and growing as STEM leaders!

Looking ahead, the Region 10 ESC STEM Cohort and Network are committed to continuing our mission to provide educators with STEM experiences while encouraging participation from all subject areas. The knowledge and skills gained from STEM education have never been more vital, particularly given the emerging pandemic-related disparities in learning. Our goal is to ensure equitable access to STEM for all students. We are eagerly anticipating another year of discovery and growth!

I am able to bring the things to my school and try to implement them. It has helped me move and grow in areas of work, like becoming a mentor to other teachers
